Antique Garnet/Seed Pearl Pin

14kt. Antique Victorian Yellow gold cabochon genuine garnet and sea pearl pin weighs 3.6 dwt. The garnet is bezel set in the center of the pin and measures 12x10mm.The garnet was referred to as a carbuncle by the Victorians. This pin is from the 1880s. There are four  2.0mm cultured pearls set in the pin.
